About Wander Fuca

Wander Fuca is more than a coworking space. We’re building a creative destination in Port Angeles that connects local businesses, community partners, and regional tourism efforts. Our agency arm works with clients across design, marketing, and tourism, while our coworking hub supports local entrepreneurs and fosters community collaboration.

The Role

We are seeking a Director of Client & Community Relations to manage client communications, strengthen community partnerships, and help represent Wander Fuca’s brand locally and regionally. This is a part-time contracted role to start, with the opportunity to expand into a larger position as our agency and community initiatives grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for agency clients, managing communications, scheduling, and relationship building.

  • Represent Wander Fuca at community events, networking opportunities, and partner meetings.

  • Support agency projects with client outreach, meeting follow-ups, and brand representation.

  • Manage coworking operations such as tours, member communications, and day pass visitors.

  • Contribute to community outreach initiatives and help strengthen Wander Fuca’s public presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable representing a brand in professional and community settings.

  • Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, project management apps, social media).

  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in communications, PR, client services, or marketing.

  • Experience in community organizing, outreach, or member-based organizations.

  • Existing connections in Port Angeles/Clallam County networks.

Compensation

Part-time contracted position with competitive pay. Role offers the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities and hours as Wander Fuca develops.
